ASME outreach enriches students' educational experiences by providing a platform for learning, collaboration, and exposure to the diverse facets of the mechanical engineering field.

STEM Zone Saturday

ASME UH participated in UH STEM Center's "STEM Zone Saturday" K-12 event. 

The event introduced the importance of math in academics and engineering. ASME’s activity booth featured a hands-on 3D printing showcase and a Jenga bridge-building exercise, aimed at demonstrating problem solving and fostering a deeper understanding of balance in both math and engineering


SEFH STEM Festival

ASME UH will have the opportunity to demonstrate 3D printing and practical engineering applications and design to over 900 participating students, parents, and teachers.

Introduction to Cougar Engineering 

The event will consist of hands-on STEM activities, lab tours, and prizes available for participating 6th-12th grade students.
